I suppose in order to keep myself honest and motivated, I should start posting results from my runs. Sigh.
I started off my training by sticking the wee one in the jogging stroller and going out for a 3 mile run around the neighborhood. The route was fairly flat, but it did have some sections where I needed to wait for a walk signal before crossing a busy street. Here’s the results:
12:32/mile. Yikes.
My son wasn’t so impressed either.
Still, its a start! Its a long way from where I was before my pregnancy, but hopefully I’ll get back there soon.
